Protected: P-NUCLEO-IOM01M1 – IO-Link Master and Device Test

Overview

The P-NUCLEO-IOM01M1 is an STM32 Nucleo pack composed of the STEVAL-IOM001V1 and the NUCLEO-F446RE boards. The P-NUCLEO-IOD01A1 is an STM32 Nucleo pack composed of the NUCLEO-L073RZ development board, the STEVALIOD003V1 evaluation board and the X-NUCLEO-IKS01A2 expansion board. The IO-Link master serves as the primary controller, facilitating communication with one or more IO-Link devices. The IO-Link master manages point-to-point communication with each IO-Link device and is typically connected to a higher-level automation system or control unit.

In this setup, the IO-Link device collects data (e.g., temperature, humidity, accelerometer, gyroscope) and sends it to the IO-Link master, which then relays the information to the control system for further processing.

Capabilities

Full access to the TEConcept IO-Link Application which provides the ability to connect, configure, manage and visualize the IO-Link Master and Device boards.
Control the following environmental factors:
- Temperature – using a heating element with blower fan assembly
- Humidity – using a humidifier spray
- Accelerometer & Gyroscope – device board is mounted on a platform that can rotate and vibrate.

Live video feed of the test setup to visualize the environmental changes in real time.
