Reality AI for Microphone with Quick Connect Beginners Kit

Overview

The Quick Connect IoT platform integrates both hardware and software for rapid system development, minimizing setup time and reducing the need for basic firmware coding. The Beginner’s Kit includes the RA6E2 MCU, DA16600 Wi-Fi and BLE module, and a digital MIC (I2S), making IoT solution development accessible and straightforward. The platform supports flexible connections through Pmod™ Type 6A and 3A, allowing multiple sensors to be connected to the same MCU. It also facilitates prototyping and integration by supporting AWS connectivity and Reality AI application evaluation using a digital microphone.

Capabilities

  1. The setup is capable of recognizing a 1 kHz audio signal when played.
  2. Users can select any frequency audio file from a predefined set.
  3. Users have the option to upload their own audio files in various formats, including MP3, WAV, FLAC, to test the design.
  4. The audio signal sampled from the microphone is published to an AWS MQTT server via a DA16600 Wi-Fi Module and results are displayed in real-time by subscribing to the MQTT feed.

  1. The system demonstrates real-time voice recognition capabilities by playing audio files with various frequencies.
  2. The provided user interface allows for the evaluation of the board’s performance using a set of predefined frequency audio files.
  3. LiveBench offers the capability for users to upload their own audio files, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of the design.
  4. The system provides the ability to monitor and analyze the real-time frequency components of the audio signal using an integrated oscilloscope.
  5. LiveBench includes an option to listen to the audio signal being played through an embedded microphone, accessible via the live video section.
