What is Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) ?

An FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) is a semiconductor device that can be programmed after manufacturing to perform specific logic functions. It consists of a matrix of configurable logic blocks (CLBs) and interconnections, allowing for customizable hardware design. FPGAs are used in a variety of applications, including signal processing, telecommunications, and hardware emulation.
