What is FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory)?

FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) is a type of non-volatile memory that combines the fast read/write speeds of RAM with the non-volatility of flash memory. It uses a ferroelectric layer to store data and is used in applications requiring frequent data writing and low power, such as smart meters and industrial control systems.
