The ideal candidate will create and write various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, and other technical documentation. The role requires the person to become the subject matter expert for our labs. This is achieved through being a part of the setting up process of the systems up in a lab environment and with continued communication with customer engineering teams.
